When KBC was looking for a communication manager to work on some specific domains within their structure (e.g. communication towards entrepreneurs & SME's), we proposed the perfect candidate for this assignment.
We've set-up a communication strategy, a year plan and managed the full coordination & evaluation of this plan. (all media channels included, with a strong focus on digital platforms)
Pointbreak took care of the entire coordination of 360° marketing communication actions & campaigns, branding, collaborations with experts in different segments, management & coordination of copywriting, design, digital media, logistics, external partnerships, creative- planning- & buying agencies.
In close collaboration with a mulitdisiplinary team, our interim manager set up customer journey mappings with its communication touchpoints.

TUI is in the process of transforming itself into a digital partner that offers more than just traditional package holidays and is focussing more on providing travel experiences. TUI wants to become a complete platform, IT is the lever for that. Therefore TUI was looking for a Communication & Change Manager to manage this transformation program for the Western Region.

CenEnergy is a supplier of electric charging stations and offers a range of services to unburden your e-mobility transformation and optimize your energy consumption. (smart homes - vehicle to grid,..)
CenEnergy temporarily needed reinforcement in order to service some key accounts at a top level. We delivered an experienced interim manager who set-up fluent communication flows & sales management. At the same time they were looking for a skilled & experienced marketing & communication manager, reporting to the CEO, who could manage all activities in this domain, namely:
